Working with INDEXIZ

Engagement, Pricing and Process

How a project with us starts, what it costs and how we keep you in the loop.

Send us a short brief through the contact form or book a call. Within one business day we come back with questions, a rough approach and, once scope is clear, a written proposal with timeline and price. There is no charge for the discovery conversation.

Fixed price for clearly scoped builds such as a new store, a migration or a defined feature set. Monthly retainers for ongoing development, support and marketing. Dedicated developers at a monthly rate when you need capacity inside your own team. Every proposal shows exactly what is included.

A Shopify or BigCommerce store usually launches in 4 to 8 weeks. Magento and Adobe Commerce builds or migrations take 8 to 16 weeks depending on catalog size and integrations. AI automations go live in 1 to 8 weeks. Custom software is planned in releases, with the first usable version typically within 8 to 12 weeks.

You get a named project lead, a shared project board, weekly progress demos and a Slack or email channel with the team. Time zones are covered: we schedule calls in US, UK and European working hours.

You do. On final payment all source code, designs, documentation and accounts created for the project are transferred to you. We never lock clients into proprietary tools, and we work in your own repositories and cloud accounts whenever possible.

Yes. Many of our engagements are hybrid: we take a module, a platform or a workstream while your team keeps the rest. We follow your coding standards, review process and release schedule.

eCommerce & platforms

Magento, Shopify, Hyvä and Headless

What we recommend, how migrations work and how we keep stores fast.

Shopify is the right choice when you want a fast launch, low operating overhead and a catalog that fits its data model. Magento / Adobe Commerce fits complex catalogs, B2B pricing, multi-store or multi-currency setups and deep customization. We run both and will recommend the platform that fits your business, not the one that earns us the bigger project.

Yes. We migrate products, categories, customers, orders, reviews and URLs with redirects so you keep your search rankings. Migrations include a staging environment, a full test cycle and a planned cut-over, usually with less than an hour of downtime.

Hyvä is a modern Magento frontend built on Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js. Stores on Hyvä typically score 90+ on Google PageSpeed, load several times faster than the default Luma theme and are cheaper to customize. We build new Magento stores on Hyvä and convert existing ones.

Yes. We build headless storefronts with Next.js or Vue Storefront on top of Magento, Shopify and BigCommerce, with a headless CMS for content. We recommend headless when you need multiple channels, very high performance or a highly custom experience; for most stores a well-built Hyvä or Shopify theme is the better investment.

Performance work starts in design: optimized images, lean themes and caching with Varnish or Redis for Magento. We add monitoring, automated testing and a staging environment to every store, and offer monthly maintenance that covers security patches, upgrades and performance reviews.

BigCommerce, Bagisto, OpenCart and WooCommerce, plus integrations with ERPs such as Odoo, marketplaces, payment gateways, shipping carriers and PIM systems.

AI, software & support

AI Automation, Custom Software and Support

How we approach AI projects, custom development and everything that happens after launch.

The most common wins are customer support assistants that resolve routine tickets, lead qualification and follow-up agents, order and document processing, product content generation and reporting pipelines. We start with a free process audit that lists the workflows with the fastest payback.

Yes. We use enterprise APIs or private deployments where your data is not used to train models, keep data inside your own cloud account where possible, and add role-based access and audit logs. We sign NDAs and data processing agreements as standard.

Yes. We build web applications, SaaS products, mobile apps, APIs, internal tools and ERP or CRM integrations using Laravel, Node.js, React, Flutter and React Native. Projects are delivered in releases with automated tests and documentation.

Every project includes a warranty period for fixes. After that you can choose a maintenance plan covering monitoring, security updates, platform upgrades, small changes and priority support, or an hourly support agreement with no monthly commitment.

Secure coding standards, dependency scanning, regular patching, least-privilege access and encrypted backups are part of every build. For eCommerce we follow PCI DSS guidance and can arrange third-party penetration testing before launch.

Yes. Our DevOps team sets up and manages AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean and managed hosting with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and automated backups. You keep ownership of the accounts; we operate them.
